Milpitas Masonry & Concrete was founded in 2019 by a crew of South Bay tradespeople who had spent years working for larger contractors and decided it was time to build something of their own. The idea was simple: a masonry company that treats homeowners like neighbors, not like tickets in a queue.
Milpitas is a city of older homes - most built in the 1960s and 1970s on bay clay soils that keep shifting year after year. That means foundation cracks, mortar that needs repointing, and brick walls that have seen too many wet winters. We know this housing stock well because we live and work here.
Since 2019 we have grown to serve 12 cities across the South Bay, taking on everything from foundation repair and chimney work to retaining walls, fireplace installations, and custom stone projects.
